You have a 14-day right of withdrawal / open purchase from the date the package is received. Please note that you as a customer are responsible for the return cost and any damage / loss on the return shipping. The right of withdrawal does not apply to hygiene products with broken seals, as well as to OUTLET goods. The right of withdrawal / open purchase applies to private individuals not to traders. If you wish to return one or more of the goods, follow the instructions below:
1. Fill in the return slip.
2. Unpack the unopened product well with the return slip. You can use the same packaging if it is in essential condition.
Buy your postage from postnord.se or from your nearest postal agent. Attach the consignment note above the old one. It is important that the old banknote is invalidated in order for Postnord to ship the package to the correct recipient.
4. Save the delivery receipt and follow your package until it has arrived with us.

* COMPLAINT
If you have received an incorrect order or a defective product, you need to contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. The complaint deadline for consumers is a maximum of 3 years. For traders, the complaint deadline is a maximum of 30 days from the invoice date. To advertise your product, follow below:
1. Send e-mail to [email protected] with subject 'COMPLAINT'. The email must include a description of the incident, as well as 2 pictures of the product that is defective / incorrect, 1 picture on the delivery note and 1 picture on the packaging. It is important that the pictures are clear.
